How To Cancel or Schedule a Makeup Lesson

Illness Policy
SCHEDULING LESSONS
- Lessons can be scheduled online at the ‘scheduling & payments' page. Instructions can be found in the dropdown menu ‘online scheduling instructions'
- choose the appropriate lesson type and book your lesson.
- You will need to enter your name, email, and a phone number to create an account that you can use to manage your lessons. This information will not be distributed to 3rd parties.
- You will be sent a confirmation email that will include a password and links to each lesson date in case you need to cancel/reschedule. Please save this email for managing your lesson schedule in the future. You will need your password to login to your account.
- Lesson reminders will be sent out 48 hours before each confirmed appointment.
- Lessons canceled within 24 hours will be allowed one makeup lesson.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR LESSON or SCHEDULE A MAKEUP LESSON
- In the body of your confirmation email, click the link to the date you want to cancel, login, and modify your lesson.
- If you lost your password or didn't create an account when you booked your lesson, click here and enter your email address to get a new password.
- Once you have your account set up, login with your new password.
- Once you have logged into your account, you will see all of your currently booked lessons listed by date and time. To modify or cancel a lesson, simply click the blue link on the left for the date you want to change.
- In a new window you can choose ‘Click To Cancel' or ‘Click To Reschedule' in the upper right corner of the window.
- If you choose to reschedule, you will be brought to the calendar to choose another date/time.
- If you choose to cancel, simply include your reason for canceling and click ‘Cancel The Appointment'.
- If you have trouble with the online cancellation/rescheduling process, email me with the details of your request and i'll take care of it for you.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/MAKEUP LESSON POLICIES
- All first time students are asked to prepay via paypal for their 1st lesson. If you don't want to use paypal, other arrangements can be made by emailing me.
- Payment for weekly students is due the first week of every month. Even if you do not have a lesson the first week of the month, payment is still due at that time.
- All payments should be in the form of cash, personal/certified check, or via paypal.
- Refunds/credits will not be issued for lessons missed or canceled by the student.
- In the event that your lesson is canceled by Adrian for any reason, you can opt for a makeup lesson or a credit towards your next payment. Again, refunds will not be issued.
- Makeup lessons can not be rescheduled.
ILLNESS POLICY
- If you are ill please do not come to your lesson. I cannot afford to get sick, and I do not want to get my students sick.
- Please try to plan ahead and reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if possible.
- In cases of medical emergency or sudden illness a makeup lesson will be offered
